Ceramic vase – Constellation

Our bespoke pottery vases collection, Constellation, made in France, Karen Swami wanted to bring together the opposites and play on the contrasts between a rough and rough exterior and a refined and shimmering interior, evoking the gangue that houses the precious stone. These ceramics are mostly sandstone, enamelled inside with enamels created by the ceramist. A third firing of fine gold luster gives them a deliberately sophisticated appearance, which contrasts with the rustic aspect.
